At ConstructionSkills we are undergoing an overhaul to put customers even more firmly at the centre of our business and to provide a faster and more personal service to construction industry employers.

We have been working with employers to find out more about the needs of the industry and what we can do to improve the service delivered to customers. Work is already underway to implement a number of new initiatives which will help us get closer to construction companies and provide a simper, faster and more personalised service.

One such initiative is to provide information and services that are more in line with customers’ needs.

New look newsletter

As part of our more targeted approach, we are looking to improve the quality of our newsletters and communications to ensure customers only receive the news and information relevant to their needs.

We are relaunching this Skills Update newsletter, which is currently distributed monthly to over 2,000 subscribers. A new electronic newsletter will replace Skills Update and provide a range of targeted articles to help you stay up to date with issues affecting you - from managing through the downturn to preparing for the upturn.

Sign up now to receive the new Skills Update If you do not subscribe now you will not receive your monthly Skills Update from ConstructionSkills.

Please forward this newsletter to colleagues or those who you think would be interested in receiving the new look newsletter.
